Bibs for Triplets!!!!!!!!!!

Now this was a super fun project to do!

It was literally three times the fun!!!

A Wedding Present to Really Wrap Up In!

Congratulations to J. & M. Hood on their recent wedding!

May God be pleased to bless you all in your marriage both now and throughout the years to come.

To make this present extra special we embroidered an "H" on these four bath towels.

By the way we loved the color combo the new Mrs. Hood picked out. These colors are beautiful together!!! Congratulations again!

Living Life on the Wild Side

We recently created a whole ensemble for our little second cousin, Miss Madison Danielle, our recent posts have been to show you our progress step by step and now you can view the complete and finished project.

Monogrammed Quilt,
Gift Set of 3 Monogrammed Burp Clothes,
&
a Monogrammed Diaper Bag.

First we started with the quilt...

Then we monogrammed a diaper bag...

The Diaper Bag with the Paisleys was purchased by our Aunt independently and she had no idea what we had already planned!
(Please note we do not stock diaper bags.)

Because of the nature of the bag we could not embroider directly on to the bag...but not wanting to disappoint our aunt we got creative and came up with patches...which we then hand sewed to the bag! : ) I have a whole new respect for the ladies in days gone buy who only sewed by hand! Most impressive!

Next we have our Burp Cloth Gift Set...

The colors in ribbons and lettering not only tie in the Quilt, but also the Paisley Diaper Bag.

When it was all said and done everything really just came together!

Embroidery and Monogramming on a Diaper Bag

This is a quick show and tell post. We did a special project for our Aunt, (it is her daughter who's having the baby) which consisted of creating patches featuring the baby's name and initials and then hand sewing the patches on the diaper bag. Here's the finished product.

An Adorable Nursery for a Precious Boy

Here is a nursery theme that is simply adorable! They have combined antic planes, vehicles, and boats and the result is quite cute. Here are some pictures of the actual nursery that I was sent and I created two blankets to complement the theme...

Bibs, Bibs, & More Bibs...

Alright, so one of the fun and very cool things we get to Embroider here at The Daughters of Texas are BIBS! Lots of bibs! So, we wanted to be able to introduce you all to our Bibs...what they start out as and the finished product.

For starter, our bibs are very soft! They are made by Koala Baby and are very absorbent and have easy Velcro closure. They wash well and hold their bright colors wash after wash after wash. (I know, as these were my favorite bibs with my son, Buckaroo. He was tough on bibs and these ones looked great and were still soft after the 10,000th wash!) And, these bibs come in an assortment of colors as well!

The girl colors are:
Hot Pink, Purple, Bright Blue, Bright Green, and Orange

And the boy colors are:
Red, Orange, Yellow, Bright Green, and Dark Blue

We also offer flannel for the center of our Applique Bibs.
Currently our colors are Blue Stripes, Multi-Colored Stripes, Pink Stripes, and Western (which is not pictured, but has a blue background).
